Fixes bug where empty documentation parts on API Gateway caused an error and made it impossible to add documentation parts at all.

Initial Release under "serverless-aws-documentation" name

With this release, the name of the plugin has changed to "serverless-aws-documentation".
Before this plugin was called "serverless-aws-models" and just covered the Models feature of API Gateway.
Now in addition the new documentation feature can be used.

This release also includes a bugfix that fixes an serverless error when the the documentation version number hasn't changed.
