Issue Description

Update all devfile services Go modules to use Go 1.23.

Acceptance Critera

  • Devfile API should be updated to support Go 1.23
  • Devfile Registry library module should be updated to support Go 1.23
  • Devfile Library should be updated to support Go 1.23
  • Devfile Registry support service modules should be updated to support Go 1.23
  • Community Devfile Registry should be updated to support Go 1.23
  • Devfile Registry Operator should be updated to support Go 1.23
  • Alizer should be updated to support Go 1.23
  • Integration tests should be updated to support Go 1.23

Alizer was bumped up to go 1.23 after #157 was merged
