Enable automerging with renovate for Konflux patch PRs

Issue Description

With Konflux patch PR, these are typically ready to merge when they receive approvals and all checks pass. Therefore, enabling auto merging for the required Konflux patching would decrease our efforts in upkeeping this.

Note: It would be recommended to resolve #1685 first to need devfile/registry PRs updated for ideal merging experiences

Acceptance Criteria

• Enable the auto merge for tekton manager patching under the devfile/registry and devfile/devfile-web renovate config
• Ensure auto merge is on a frequent schedule, e.g. daily
