Server Language Selection

Add an option to select a server language for servers. This should be done through a checkbox grid (for maximum efficiency and quick selection) containing most/all of the languages that exist and are known. There should also be options for selecting a primary, secondary, and tertiary languages for the server (this should not be a requirement to set). Servers that support all or most languages can use a special checkbox that displays "Supports Most Or All Languages" rather then a bunch of languages. There should also be a maximum language selection before they are forced to use the special checkbox mentioned above. This info should be displayed when you go into the more in-depth view of a server but for servers that have selected a primary, secondary, and tertiary languages, those would display in the server's less in-depth index card that goes alongside other servers.
