Hi Nimrod, thanks for the PR.

As I believe you've heard from our partner team, the missing fields aren't currently returned by eWAY's API, so the Java SDK can't provide them. I've ensured that there is a task for our dev team to investigate adding the fields to the transaction response, I'll post an update when there is movement on that.
