Plugin question

Hello, I have a question about the plugin, will it be updated to newer minecraft versions, eg 1.18 and above, because I have a fondness for this plug, but players complain about the disappearing mobs from cannons. I have seen players steal other mobs with leashes and water mobs such as axolotls and other fish.

If the plugin will not be updated, I would ask someone who knows it to block the following:

• Players using a leash on other players' plot
• Players using water buckets on other players' plots (to avoid stealing fish and axolotls from plots)
• getting into boats and minecarts
• lock listering potions in the protect-splash-potions flag

If a plugin is still supported, I am willing to pay for updates to it. (updated JAR file)
