Results of election and statistics are unclear

As of 2024-02-17 23:59:59 UTC, the Kubernetes CoCC election should have concluded, but results are unclear.

Even if the results were indeterminate, at the very least, the following fields should be populated:

• Number of votes cast: TBD
• Turnout: TBD

Additional details:

• One voter did NOT vote
• Ballots are available for download

Clicking the Generate Results on the /admin/ page yields:

• "candidate1 candidate2 is the Condorcet winner"
• candidate3, candidate4, candidate5 maintain their ordering when clicking the Generate Results again

There appears to be no way to accept/save the results to declare winners.
