This repo should be automatically generating a new container image, and taking the "latest" tag for it, every release.

Making the Github actions actually do that has been beyond me, though. In general, building container images using GH actions has been a very poorly documented feature, with several incomplete and non-functional examples as the only docs.

So, help?
