Junkers CerapurCompact boiler control

Hello,

I am going to have installed Junkers CerapurCompact ZWB 24-1 DE , without any external controller (for now at least, in future there might be installed CR100 (it's CW100 without external temp. sensor) ).

I looked around (installation manual) and found that the boiler have EMS, so with assistance uncle Google I found this project 😄

First, I don't have any additional service connector on front panel (like JACK3.5mm), so the only available for me is external thermostat connector where I can connect EMS thermostat or "On/Off type".

This is my first contact with this kind of device, so I'm really sorry if I ask something "stupid" 😅 .

Here is the question(s):

1. If I remove the factory jumper from external controller terminals, and connect the EMS interface. If I will want to switch on central heating , I'll have to "send command" (instead of shorting the contact), but which one? Or once I have it connected and added to HA everything will become "clearly understandable" for me?
2. Can I'll be able to adjust the tap warm water temperature as well from web interface/Domoticz/HA?

Still, I like to know how things work/talk behind the fancy user UI 😃, so I'd appreciate what command(s) is used to switch on (off) central heating and which temp in boiler is used to control it's operation
