I'm currently experiencing an issue in relation to commands exceeds time outs when attempting to install a site by invoking drush make.
Is there any possible means by which to override this using a "timeout" parameter (such as with the Exec Type)? If not, may I please introduce a pull request attempting to implement support for such a feature?
Thank you.
