Proposition to create a js lib to create link to explorers

I am proposing to create a js lib to easily create link to explorers based on chainList schemas.
Pseudo code:

I can do it. My only question should i host it myself (my GitHub repo)? I would be happy to be have to other maintenairs. Is there any chance the repo would be under this project?
