I’ve lost my mnemonic phrase is there anyway to recover it?

This is not working on my iPhone 7. I am not getting the code. Where do you find the code if you press cancel? No code is being sent to telegram. Help please!!!
The Faucet generates a request code which you need to paste in the Telegram group. Just tick will bring you to Telegram.

The code you need automatically copy to clipboard, go to telegram and hold paste in the comment box that’s the code you need,
