Fresh Install-- Workspace: The system cannot find the path specified.

On a fresh (manual) install (following directions to the letter), use:

$ exercism debug to find Workspace Path (as directed). However, when trying to find or move to that directory, receive message "The system cannot find the path specified." (Cannot find the folder using File Explorer either.)

From initial attempt at install using the provided installer application (and suggested settings), there is a directory in C:\Exercism.
Directions for both manual and automated(?) install were done following directions in the Interactive Walkthrough.
