Add exception message suggestion for handling malformed responses to multiple choice questions

Sometimes models get tripped up returning a properly formatted question option, typically because it is long and/or has special syntax. It is not straightforward to handle this with option labels. Suggest adding an exceptions message suggesting that users move context to question texts and try to keep options straightforward.
