Suggestion: Send screen have option to SEND AGAIN.

Sometimes I go through the steps to create a transaction, but if the current GAS fee is high I will cancel it in Frame. The SEND window is still open, but I can't try it again without pressing RESTART and then going through the same screens with the same details again. If the 'Send TRANSACTION' button didn't go away I could try it again later without having to go through all the screens again.
