create an open source contribution incentive program - just for fun

I saw this in the AWS CDK project, and I thought this is something that Salesforce could do as well to attract more people to contribute to these open source projects. It could be for fun too, but you could give people custom Trailhead Badges haha
If you do it, maybe you can try to track contributions across all repositories and not just an specific project.
