Document all the things™

These things were probably discussed at a meeting I wasn't present at, but please document the following things:

• What versions of the logo should be automatically generated by the Makefile?
• How are they generated (target filename, directory structure, necessary software)?
• Should generation happen automatically using Travis?
• If yes, what happens to the resulting files? Are they eg attached to a GitHub Release?

I created a PR #13 that suggests:

• The version that is currently under the generate-png target
• Using inkscape and writing it 'output'
• That is in PR Travis #14 :-)
• Currently they are thrown into the Nextcloud by the deploy step of Travis #14. I think it is important to have all files there. Aditionally we could use Github Releases or simply share the NC-Directory publically. That might be a good topic for the meeting.
