Hey, I have tried building this project for the board = teensy41. Build was successful. At the end of build it showed "[100%] Built target LedBlinker". I am able to find an executable file at "build-fprime-automatic-zephyr/bin/zephyr" named "LedBlinker". But there is no .elf, .bin, .hex file in "build-fprime-automatic-zephyr/zephyr". I have activated the virtual environment also.

Sorry for the late response.

The binary file you are looking for is in build-fprime-automatic-zephyr/zephyr. No bin.
