Z & y cloned

Can anyone help im currently building a. Lowrider 3 I’ve tried the recommended marlin however this just isn’t for me ! I much prefer GRBL.
Im looking to clone both z & y and single x can this be done ?
Also endstops if possible

i have tryed and managed to get only 1 axis clowned at 1 time :(

yes I'm pretty shure that it can be done! 😄
Since I own a MPCNC, I'm not totally unkown to the lowrider. (Thought about it myself...)

But the same question as always:
What did you already try? Can you please post your axis definition and your $$ output.

Yes, it's possible. In config.h:

#define N_AXIS 5 
#define N_AXIS_LINEAR 5
#define AXIS_1_NAME 'X'
#define AXIS_2_NAME 'Y'
#define AXIS_3_NAME 'Z'
#define AXIS_4_NAME 'Y'
#define AXIS_5_NAME 'Z'

End stop use axis numbers and not axis name. For connections, show the Wiki

Thankyou so much for your help :) i love this community:) so helpful. im going to try again after work , am i right in saying once downloaded i can open the config h in notepad then edit /save then open ino compile then install ?
sorry for all the questions im having a nightmare lol
Or is it possible for you to compile filmware for LR3 with autosquare ? Im happy to pay/donate

It's really not hard to do!! 😄
And yes, you can use notepad... although I prefer Notepad++ or Visual Studio Code. Just make shure, that you're editing the Arduino library!! (Once I spend hours and many nerves just to discover I edited the wrong file in the end...)
And don't forget to use the $RST command after updating...

For the autosquare, the only thing to do is configuring the homing cycle. (in config.h, 247ff.)
I would guess for your case something like that:

#elif N_AXIS == 5 // 5 axis : homing
#define HOMING_CYCLE_0 ((1<<AXIS_3)|(1<<AXIS_5)) // Home both Z axis
#define HOMING_CYCLE_1 ((1<<AXIS_2)|(1<<AXIS_4)) // Home both Y axis
#define HOMING_CYCLE_2 (1<<AXIS_1) // Home X axis

The homing should use the corresponding switch for each axis and therefore "autosquare" itself. At least it is like that on my MPCNC...
