a “build badge” in the readme (main page) of the repo to know if you’ve successfully completed the exercise

I did a little more research on this, the workflow badge has to reference the repo by URL, so we can't just include it in the template. We can, however, probably implement this by making the grading script commit the workflow badge to the README.
