text alignment in lists

if a text in a bulleted or numberd lists exceeds one line and is wrapped in the next line, the text should continue in the same column as in the first line, as illustrated below.

Of course, if the screen width or the width of the node area changes, the text flow has to change accordingly then.

I don't now if it's possible with rich text.
