Detailed Description

Hi,

I have a use case where we need to add subject DN to the certificate (#2429). Would it make sense to add an option for adding subject DN to the certificate, e.g. --subject.dn "O=Org,OU=Org Unit,C=SE"?

The end user has implemented some logic that depends on values in the subject distinguished name.
