Authentic configuration_error error emails after upgrade 2024.8.2

I am running the latest authentik version 2024.8.2

I have an issue with errors after upgrading to this version as shown below, the errors are emailed to the admin mailbox but users are email to login just fine. The error emails are sent for all ldap users multiple times a day.

Please can anyone help me correct this issue? the emails are spamming my admin email and getting my emails blocked by my security tools

Not yet, but i have had to remove my old ldap configuration and reconfigure it and for a couple of days now i have not received any error emails

I'm having the same issue. I reconfigured my LDAP configuration but it still gives me the errors.
