Describe the bug

NotoSansBengali contains tradition forms of Bengali Conjuncts only. However since early this millennia Bengali Textbooks in schools of West bengal India and Bangladesh only contains modern simpler versions of Bengali conjuncts which should be available as a stylistic alternate which can be selected in Desktop applications like Libreoffice. Otherwise new generation of Bengali readers cannot relate to the old traditional formal of conjuncts as they have not studied them at school

Additional context

Attached is example of both tradional and modern forms of conjuct present in another Bengali font

We are currently working on a new version of Noto Sans Bengali; I will pass this on to the designers.
