Add full size selection panel on the new screen

Feature Description

Users who are setting up the KMW for the first time (manually), should see selection panel in a new screen rendered in full width, like how user input questions are shown. It should be accessible on new route and shows only when KMW is initially setup, otherwise should redirect back to the dashboard if someone tries to navigate manually to this route after KMW has been setup.
