patroni_standby_leader is not working #2

installed in arm machine and everything works fine, except the patroni_standby_leader.
It doesn't show which cluster member is acting as sync standby. it return 0 for all cluster members.
If i do patronictl -c /etc/patroni/patroni.yml list. it shows the sync standby role member.
