Description

To make the LICENSE.txt file easier to navigate, we should begin converting it to Markdown.

Tasks

  • Rename LICENSE.txt to LICENSE.md. Make sure to use git mv or the equivalent in your IDE
  • Make every "Section" header a level 1 markdown header (precede it with one #). There are 5 sections.
