GHA: Perform monthly audit of whole codebase

Overview

As a developer we need to make sure that we periodically audit the codebase as it grows to ensure that it is up-to-date. For this issue we will adjust our linters and other tests to run monthly to ensure good codebase health.

Action Items

• Make a GHA that follows these criteria:
  • On some day every month:
    • Run our linter and tests
    • Should any of these tests return some error; automatically create an issue to fix all errors
    • This issue should link to the linter logs

Note: this is under dependency because our codebase is not big enough to do this kind of audit yet. Once we have several pages, we can start investing in periodic whole codebase audits.
