Sandbox map height off in Chrome and Firefox #1155

Description

For the Civic Sandbox, the map height isn't matching the side panel and the Mapbox logo sits outside of the BaseMap

Steps to reproduce

Visit civicplatform.org/sandbox

Expected result

Map height should include Mapbox attribution, like below:

Environment

Chrome, Firefox on MacOS.

Safari is ok.
