Way to limit the number of emails sent to 10 / min

Hello,

I have integrated Haraka on a virtual server and I ma happy to use it. The host switches the server off if too much emails are sent. They recommend not more than 10 emails per minute.

I do not see how to make tests in this field so I would like to double-check before... is it enough to use the following parameters of the limit.ini file :

[outbound]
enabled=true 
delay=60 
my-domain.com=10
