[EPIC] Improve RPC Compatability

Problem

Currently, we don't implement some of the endpoints that are available through other relays. We want to provide these endpoints to users of Hedera's JSON RPC relay

Solution

Implement all missing endpoints whether they are applicable to Hedera network or not. If they are not applicable they will have response UNSUPPORTED
