Create Organization Settings page

Organizations will need their own settings. This will include: nickname, URL, credentials, default max fee, default fee payer account id, and default network.

Create a page for Organization settings. The organization list should be changed to be similar to the Account page. There should be a 'Add new' button, a list of currently connected organizations (with a label of the current status if not connected), and a panel for the settings of the organization.

This page may need to be separate from settings, like Account.
