Review the details of a saved key

Problem

In the app, you can create a threshold key and save it. If you want to view or modify the details of the saved key you can only access it when you try to set a complex key in the transaction. I should be able to view the list of saved keys I have and modify them outside of the flow of creating a transaction.

Solution

Potentially add the saved keys to the keys table in the application and allow the user to modify it.
