Patches, providers, features and more

It's been a while since last release and stuff has happened.

Trying to summarize:

• There are improvements in container setup scripts
• Updated configs for NordVPN, SlickVPN, IPVanish and Cryptostorm
• Added provider Mullvad
• New version of image based on alpine
• Updated armf image to Debian Stretch
• UFW allows multiple ports
• Added support for RSS plugin through sibling container
• Downgraded Transmission version to get a patch for security issue in Transmission (#395, #392)

New web ui, new and updated providers

This release bundles kettu web ui in addition to combustion that was introduced in 1.18. In addition to this we have minor config changes plus updates to NordVPN configs and new provider Cypherpunk.

Bundling Combustion UI, new and updated providers plus some config fixes

This release adds the Combustion UI as a bundled feature activated by environment variable. It also adds/updates configurations for SlickVPN, AnonVPN, Smart VPN Proxy, VPN.AC, SaferVPN and FrostVPN in addition to some changes in configuration and README.

New and updated providers, config fixes, upgrade base image to ubuntu 16.04

It's been a while since last release version. In this time the base image and some internal tools are upgraded, providing a new version of openvpn as well. New providers have been added and others have been updated. There has also been changes to make scripts more robust and update syntax for newer versions of the Docker daemon.

Added firewall support and several new and updated providers

This release adds optional firewall support, securing your container if your provider exposes it directly on the web. It will open your peer and web port but block traffic on other ports. There is also a bunch of config updates for new and existing providers. See the readme for configuring the firewall.

Support for UID/GID and new/updated providers

Took some time, but I finally got together a new release after several contributions to the repository.

NordVPN, Newshosting and HideMyAss have got updated configs. New providers are SmartVPN and Windscribe.
In addition to this a long standing feature request to support setting UID/GID for the user running Transmission has been added. This means the downloaded files are no longer owned by root if specified.

Thanks to all contributors! Especially @pkishino for taking an interest and solving several provider requests and @ammmze for adding the highly desired UID/GID fix.

Updated TorGuard configs and added SlickVPN. Also started writing scripts for automatic config updates and added some info to README.
