Unable to connect to a person in a private room in the Office section

Summary

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login to platform
2. Go to Office
3. Request room access to a colleague (in the screenshot)
4. Wait until a colleague allows access to the room

Actual Result

Caller can see the call control buttons but cannot hear the other party. The person receiving the call does not see that the call has started (no buttons).

Expected Result

A call without video has started, callers can hear each other
