Current situation

no reload button, no automatic reload, no configuration for it

Impact

QoL

Ideal future situation

a simple mouse-over interface like in grafana with and adjustable refresh interval.
when set all the currently displayed resources reload after the interval was up

Please add a reload button, it's anoying to need to switch the view to refresh a list

There's CTRL+SHIFT+R, but honestly, a button for current view would more fluid and highly appreciated.
(Or minimum F5 for non-Mac users, but the full reload is quite bloated)
