Managing Blogs after composing #6

The composing of blogs are done without any cross-verifications(like word count in the blog post )

Goal: To filter out the composed blogs and show in home page only if certain conditions are true, else an alert asking the user to Try Again with a reasonable message.

Did your goal mean a verification (like if the user is a member or not and if the user is not a member then the user can signup?)
If it's like that then please let me know
