Custom Ordering of Column Widths

It would be SO helpful to have the ability to set your widths in a custom order. At the very minimum, have the ability to choose a width that is the default, so you're not locked into always having to change it if the first width alphabetically is almost never the desired option.

I completely agree. I just threw this together for a project and haven't
had a chance to circle back to it. Feel free to create a pull request if
you feel so inclined.
