Add Icons In All Datasets View Based on Dataset Type Flags

Context

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The current dataset view is a bit plain. @DPDavid has been requested that we add icons to rows of the datasets tables depending on the dataset type.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add appropriate icon to start of dataset row depending on Dataset#isSpatialData and Dataset#isLiveData flags.
A dataset can have 0, 1, or 2 icon flags associated with it.

Describe alternatives you've considered
In the future, we might also want to add some stock tags, and have icons associated with those specific tags. This hasn't been requested currently.
