couldn't get a video due to account tokens expiring on one of processing servers

bug description

for the last two days i have been almost constantly getting the error "i can't access this video. it may be restricted on youtube's side. have you pasted the right link?"

reproduction steps

1. open cobalt
2. open youtube
3. select video (example link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZgQnCgk6QKw)
4. paste into cobalt for audio download
5. click on submit arrows
