Build images using Github Actions

Solution

• Builds should be automated using Github Actions

Steps to Reproduce

1. Use actions to build and push docker images by reusing the tools/* scripts

• Github Actions example at https://github.com/marcellodesales/gitman-docker/commit/5e6d37b824a08da12a41eca06bc4bba808eda759/checks

2. Make the steps to be push all the images to Docker Registry

Intuit org doesn't have permissions for the Beta version of Github Actions... Once the account is changed, we will be able to make this available...
