Hi, the OSSC is a popular scaler for retro consoles. It can be purchased with a generic remote control and detects this by default. The provide different files for universal remotes:

This files results when converting the LIRC file from the Wiki and the signals seem to work:
ossc.xml.gz

(Even if the buttons are all over the place 😄 )
