Describe the new feature or enhancement

Add statistics about the UTXO set itself, beyond counts. @murchandamus had a tweet with an interesting breakdown by output type: https://twitter.com/murchandamus/status/1767631403615764764. I think it would make sense to include this on the UTXO set page, and potentially gate this behind a config flag.
