Related to point 3 of issue #145.

The aim is to show the login popup to the user only at the step where in really need to be logged in. Currently, it is when sending the modifications to OSM.

This modification corresponds to :

  • Do not show the login to the user during the first launch of the application.

  • If the user is not already logged in, show the popup to the user when he clicks the VALIDATE button to send his modifications to OSM.
