(Android) Disabling animations makes it so sidebar at left can't be hidden by touching unfocused right side

Steps to Reproduce

1. Disable animations in settings
2. Go back to Today
3. Open sidebar
4. Try to close it by pressing right side (non-sidebar)

The compact setting breaks too. Without animations it doesn't make the main content move to the right and so the left sidebar can't be used at all (it's covered by main central part).
