Please, add a button to the toolbar for quick enabling/disabling extension.

+1, but I would prefer a keyboard shortcut to disable/enable the plugin. There are several reasons why temporarily disabling the extension is required:

1. Another extension is temporarily enabled that has keyboard mappings that conflict with ViChrome (for example the 'Tape' extension).
2. We want to use the default keyboard shortcuts
3. On select input elements, we want to select items based on the first letter
   etc.
