Feature request: server caching

This extension is hard to use. The fix is to add a server cache: everybody ships their results back to the server and subsequent match searches are much faster.

This kinda ties in with issue #1: the "results" being shipped back should be people's marking of false positives and false negatives

Good idea, but may be difficult due to the following

Duration of cache
Bluesky's users fluctuate constantly. New people come in and sometimes disappear.Real-time data is what makes it valuable.

Server operating costs
Currently, everything is done in the browser. Operating a new server would be expensive.

Verification of false positives or false negatives
It is very difficult for a program to determine whether a false positive or a false negative result is detected. A human needs to see and judge.
