i-d-template comes with a default GH Action to archive the repository discussion: https://github.com/martinthomson/i-d-template/blob/main/template/.github/workflows/archive.yml. That produces a section of the GH Pages site like https://cbor-wg.github.io/cddl-modules/issues.html. We decided not to include that workflow in the initial RFC PR, so this is an issue to avoid forgetting to think about it.
