PostgreSQL cannot store text with \0 characters. Add a custom string type to a new major version of the schema, and use it whenever a string without an excluding regular expression or without a format is specified.

Discard messages with strings containing NUL characters in the
kcidb.mq.IOSubscriber. This will help us clear a submission queue
containing a number of such messages at the moment, but should be done
inside the I/O JSON schema instead.
