在我配置了全局代理以后，我的 onebot adapter 也走了代理。因为代理服务器和 onebot 不在同一个主机上导致 onebot adapter 连不上 onebot。

希望添加一个配置项允许某些地址不使用代理

我在经过测试以后，发现只要给 onebot adapter 的代理配置项填入一个空字符串也可以不使用代理。

我认为可以在文档中加入这个提示。
